Finding a reliable auto repair facility can be confusing business ... who can you trust? What do you do if something goes wrong? AAA Hoosier Motor Club has the answer. While there are many quality repair facilities, each AAA–approved auto repair facility is carefully screened and monitored to assure it meets our tough standards and criteria.

Protection You Can Trust
All AAA members have the following protection provided by the AAA–Approved Auto Repair program:

• AAA has an agreement with each approved facility that guarantees the quality and reliability of the repairs.
• Warranty of repairs for a minimum of 12 months or 12,000 miles unless otherwise noted on repair order
• A maintenance inspection at no charge when servicing member’s vehicle on a paying repair ticket
• Certified technicians with up to date equipment
• All replaced parts will be available for inspection
• Agreement to resolve complaints by an experienced and neutral AAA representative

High standards — We regularly inspect each AAA–approved facility for compliance with our stringent program standards.

Repaired assurance — At AAA–approved facilities, parts and labor on mechanical repairs are warranted for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first under normal operating conditions.
