I want to let you know that the tow truck operator who responded to my roadside assistance call today was simply superb; fast, friendly, efficient, and he treated my car with great care. Then he thanked me for being a AAA member! It was rainy and cold and I know he'd been doing this all day, but he was cheery and patient. I've been a AAA member for a long time and it's always been great, but Jeff was the best I've seen. Thanks, Jeff!
