President's Message

As we move further into 2024, AAA Hoosier Motor Club is excited to unveil our strategic goals for the year, centered around elevating the brand experience for all of our members. Our vision revolves around a strong commitment to member value and retention - because our members always have been and always will be our top priority. Therefore, we strive to provide exceptional services and outstanding benefits to show how much we care.  

It is our goal to create a comprehensive member experience that goes beyond roadside assistance, offering custom-tailored benefits and services to fit the needs of our members. The roadside assistance we provide to our members remains a cornerstone of our club, but our goals do go beyond that. We are working to foster partnerships with more local and community-valued companies this year. These partnerships will give our members access to more premium discounts on dining, entertainment and unique experiences for the whole family.  

We also plan to put a lot of focus on our Teen Driver Program. We are dedicating significant resources to enhance and expand this program, because of how important it is to nurture responsible and confident young drivers. These AAA Approved Driving Schools, meticulously vetted and approved by AAA, represent the gold standard in driver education. Going beyond the basics, they instill a sense of responsibility and promote safe driving habits among teen drivers. These programs are conveniently available both in-person and online. By investing in the education of young drivers today, we contribute to safer roads and communities tomorrow.
