We continually work to provide ease-of-use for roadside service, as an example, so that you can determine your preferred method of communication, be it self-service, through one of our digital channels (the AAA mobile app, Alexa, Google or the web at aaa.com/service), by calling or texting HELP to 1-800-AAA-HELP, or by scanning the QR code at the bottom of this message to take you directly to our service site.
With winter approaching and seasonal roadside service need rising, we are pleased to announce a new self-service roadside option which allows you to request service within 60 to 90 seconds. When you call our 1+800-AAA-HELP (1-800-222-4357) number, you will have the option to select self-service. This option will send a link to your digital device where you can make an immediate request for service and by-pass any potential hold times that occur during big winter weather episodes. Once you have submitted your service request, you may track the progress of your service through the same link, aaa.com/service, or through our AAA app, where you will also receive specific information about the AAA service technician responding to your call. You will be able to monitor the technician’s drive toward you through driver and dispatch communication that will update arrival estimates in real time.

If self-service moves you, you can also manage your own AAA auto and home insurance through MyPolicy, saving substantial money along the way.
