How to Setup & Update Automatic Renewal
1. Sign in or create a new AAA.com registration account: My Account
2. Click on "Automatic Renewal"
3. Select the "Payment Information" tab
4. Update your billing information and click "Enter Credit Card" to display the secure credit card entry screen and Finish.

Yes! Your membership statement will be included with your new membership card(s). This will be sent to arrive approximately 30 days prior to your expiration date. Your statement will advise you that your account is set to Automatically Renew and no action is required. We however recommend you check your membership account to ensure you have an active card on file.
We'll contact you by mail, email and/or phone call to advise you that the card you have on file was rejected.
You may go online and pay your membership renewal, take care of it over the phone or visit your nearest AAA office location. We know there are scammers out there in the world, and your security and trust is at our forefront. We won't be offended if you are hesitant to pay over the phone or through an email. Will I know why my card was declined? Sorry, we do not have this information. The typical scenarios are outdated card on file or the billing address does not match what we have recorded.
