AAA Mobile Battery Service Continues Widespread Expansion

INDIANAPOLIS, IN – June 5, 2018 – AAA Hoosier Motor Club is excited to announce further expansion of its already popular roadside assistance battery offering.  Now, AAA’s Mobile Battery Service is available throughout AAA Hoosier Motor Club’s 50-county Indiana territory.

Mobile Battery Service allows AAA to provide complete battery service either roadside or at a member’s home, for example.  In fact, AAA can test batteries and charge or replace them on site, allowing members to get back on the road quickly and conveniently while eliminating the need for a trip to an auto parts store or repair facility.

One of the most popular offerings through AAA’s Mobile Battery Service is the ability to provide on-site analysis of a battery, charging system and starter.  In fact, this screening can also determine if there is an existing parasitic energy draw, which drains the battery.  The test, offered free to AAA members, only takes approximately one minute and provides color-coded results that can be printed out or emailed to the member, which allows those individuals to see the health of their battery for themselves.
