Our People Make AAA What It Is.
About Us
Founded in 1902, AAA is a not-for-profit organization of clubs serving more than 64 million members in the United States and Canada.
Our Club was organized in 1902 as the "Flat Tire Club". Originally social in nature, it conducted goodwill tours, hill-climbing contests, etc. In 1911, it was reorganized by a group of prominent businessmen who changed the name to Hoosier Motor Club. Most of these individuals were connected with the automotive industry. The Club was affiliated with the American Automobile Association in 1917.
AAA Hoosier Motor Club serves more than 500,000 members in the Central and Southern Indiana region with 12 Service Centers. The Administrative Office is located in Indianapolis, IN and we provide Emergency Road Service, Insurance, and Travel needs to our members and the public.
