AAA Classic road service benefits are available immediately after membership purchase. AAA Plus, AAA Plus RV, and AAA Premier membership to include upgraded membership coverage begin 72 hours after payment is received.

Each cardholder is entitled to four (4) Roadside Assistance service calls per membership year, provided the calls meet the conditions described in the member handbook, for:
- Towing service
- Flat tire service
- Battery jump-start & AAA Battery Service
- Emergency fuel delivery
- Vehicle lockout and locksmith service
- Minor mechanical first aid
- Extrication/winching service
Your AAA Membership covers you in any car, whether you’re the driver or the passenger, but it’s not transferable to someone else. However, you can add up to 8 people—family members or others in your household—anytime! Associate plans start at $62 a year for AAA Classic and $90 for AAA Plus and AAA Premier per Associate, per year. Additional cardholders must carry the same membership plan as the primary member.
Coverage applies to anyone in your household and/or dependent children who are away at school as a student that is listed as an Associate member on your plan.
